About Us

Oasis Plant Centre is based at Miles Nurseries Ltd. It offers a diverse range of premium quality hardy plants direct to the public from the nursery, which also supplies plants to Garden Designers, Landscapers and those in the horticultural trade.

Need advice on choosing the right plants for your garden, planting or design your space? Our trained expert growers are available to give useful advice. With such a diverse range grown on the nursery, we can offer plants for any site or soil condition. New for 2012 We are busily revamping the Plant Centre to create a garden themed space to offer inspiration to everyone. 'Jungle', 'Wildlife', 'Sensory' are just a few of the themed spaces we are planning. There'll also be planted areas to show how the plants fill out once planted. We are also refitting out shop area to give it a potting shed theme. We will still be concentrating on selling our plants and not the trinkets that the garden centres feel are obligatory these days.

Bel Grierson manages 'Oasis in Hoby' along with production on the nursery site. Tom Miles (owner) and Lawson Finnamore are also available to give expert advice.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. (No American Express) We now sell and accept National Garden Vouchers.
